I especially appreciated that he took time out of his day to meet me at the South store and make things as convenient as possible. Although I ultimately decided to hold off on purchasing at this time, that decision had nothing to do with Kent or the service I received. I really appreciated his time, patience, and no-pressure approach. Based on my experience with Kent, I would absolutely recommend working with him.” Read more

We had a terrible experience at Duteau and were originally planning on purchasing a Suburban, I am so glad we chose to stop in and check out the Expedition. Right off the bat, the vibes are different at Anderson South. The focus on customer service is clear. We worked with Caleb and Dylan and both were kind and helpful. Caleb helped us the week previously and when he wasn’t available on the day we came back there was a seamless easy hand off. Dylan asked questions and never made us feel pressured or ignored. If you haven’t purchased a vehicle in a while, things are different here, I was expecting to be shuffled into the finance office and to my surprise we wrapped up our deal and paperwork with Dylan. I loved the experience of working with one person for the majority of the process. Managers are easily available, and out and about if you have questions. The transparency and approachability of their leadership is obvious. The general sales manager, Kraig is absolutely hands down the best of the best. He listened to our needs and made sure we had the best experience. He understands what it means to treat people with respect and kindness. My only regret is that we didn’t go here first, I will only be buying my vehicles here from now on! Side note: if you are looking at the newer model Expedition- IT IS WORTH IT!” Read more

We spent about 45 minutes together and I liked the product and knew Craig would be an ideal person to work with. I made an appointment for another day, did test drive and made my decision. We worked out the details with minimal stress.” Read more
